Commissioning Support
Our Commissioning Capability Group provides Site Commissioning Teams to manage and implement commissioning activities in Green-field and Brown-field environments, often within an incentivised arrangement with the Client. The Commissioning Capability Group is managed and staffed with project managers, engineers and technicians with extensive nuclear operational backgrounds and thus operates to robust Safety Management Systems, Plant Modification Proposals Systems and fully documented commissioning procedures.
We undertake pre-commissioning planning, estimating, preparation of testing documentation and the establishment of Document Controls and Health and Safety files in readiness to commence commissioning activities. During Commissioning, we will typically act as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations, manage and supervise the commissioning operatives, project manage the work, providing progress and cost data to the Client.
